Box Hill's youth have been featuring prominently over the past couple of weeks at a host of National Championship Carnivals.

In the Cricket Australia Women's Cup held in NSW last week, Meghann Lanning put together a composed 129 not out off 154 balls against Queensland in the second round to steer Victoria to a close fought two wicket win.

Congratulations are in order for Box Hill's Meg Lanning and Em Preston after the Women’s National Selection Panel (WNSP) today announced the Commonwealth Bank Shooting Stars (Australia Under-21) squad to play the NZ Emerging Players in a series of Twenty20 and 50-over matches in Sydney in December.
